Ingredients For Strawberry Jam Without Pectin:

  • 600 grams strawberries fresh or frozen (2 pints)
  • 100 grams granulated sugar (1/2 cup)
  • 15 grams lemon juice (1 tablespoon)

How To Make Strawberry Jam?

  1. Add the fresh or frozen strawberries, granulated sugar and lemon juice in a medium size pot.
  2. Cook on medium heat for about 20 minutes stirring occasionally.
  3. Remove from heat and cool. If you want your strawberry jam to be smooth, mash until you reach the consistency you want.
  4. Once your strawberry jam is cooled, transfer to a container or airtight jar.
  5. For best results and to ensure your jam is always fresh, store in refrigerator. Will keep for 2 weeks.
  6. Enjoy with your crepes, toast, pancakes or inject in muffins and cupcakes.
