  • 1 1/4 cup Almond Meal
  • 1/3 cup almond milk or coconut milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder (Gluten-Free)
  • 4 teaspoons Stevia or Erythritol
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/3 cup Ground Hazelnuts or Pulse

How to Make Banana Hazelnut Pancakes?

  1. Combine the almond meal, baking powder. salt and stevia in a bowl and mix together using a whisk.
  2. Add the vanilla extract, almond or coconut milk, ground hazelnut, and eggs and mix using a whisk or hand mixer until the batter is smooth.
  3. If needed adjust the batter viscosity by adding a tablespoon of almond milk.
  4. Heat your griddle or a skillet on medium heat.
  5. Add dollops of batter and cook each side for about 2 minutes or light golden brown.
