- 1 1/4 cup Almond Meal
- 1/3 cup almond milk or coconut milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder (Gluten-Free)
- 4 teaspoons Stevia or Erythritol
- pinch of salt
- 1/3 cup Ground Hazelnuts or Pulse
How to Make Banana Hazelnut Pancakes?
- Combine the almond meal, baking powder. salt and stevia in a bowl and mix together using a whisk.
- Add the vanilla extract, almond or coconut milk, ground hazelnut, and eggs and mix using a whisk or hand mixer until the batter is smooth.
- If needed adjust the batter viscosity by adding a tablespoon of almond milk.
- Heat your griddle or a skillet on medium heat.
- Add dollops of batter and cook each side for about 2 minutes or light golden brown.
