- 3 large russet potatoes cut into small cubes
- 5 tablespoons olive oil or canola oil
- Pinch of Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Pinch of ground black pepper
Line a baking tray with aluminum paper
Set rack to middle position and preheat the oven to 390°F (200°C).
Place the diced potatoes into a medium size bowl.
Add the olive and coat the potatoes.
Add the salt, garlic powder, cumin and black pepper and toss together until well dispersed.
Place the pan into the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes or until the potatoes has soften and are golden brown.
Transfer to plate and serve with bacon, asparagus, scrambled eggs, sliced tomatoes and sauteed mushrooms.
