Ingredients For Breakfast Potatoes Hash Brown:
- 3 large russet potatoes, cut into small cubes
- 5 tablespoons olive oil or canola oil
- Pinch of Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Pinch of ground black pepper
Instructions How To Make Breakfast Potatoes?
- Line a baking tray with aluminum paper
- Set rack to middle position and preheat the oven to 390°F (200°C).
- Place the diced potatoes into a medium size bowl.
- Add the olive and coat the potatoes.
- Add the salt, garlic powder, cumin and black pepper and toss together until well dispersed.
- Place the pan into the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes or until the potatoes has soften and are golden brown.
- Transfer to plate and serve with bacon, asparagus, scrambled eggs, sliced tomatoes and sauteed mushrooms.
