Hello there! You read the title right! 3 ingredient cake recipe and it’s super easy to prepare. When I say you won’t believe how easy this 3 ingredient cake is to make, believe me, you won’t. And to top it off, this 3 ingredient cake is made without flour…Yeh…No Flour!

You’re probably asking yourself, is it possible to make a cake without flour and with just 3 ingredients? Yes, Yes, Yes, it is and I have the perfect cake recipe without flour that I want to share with you. Eh…I forgot to mention that this flourless cake is also Gluten-Free…LOL…No Brainer Right?

Now before you think I’m crazy here’s what you need to make this 3 ingredient cake, and you probably have these ingredients waiting in your pantry and fridge. To make this 3 ingredient cake you need…Drum Roll!…Cream Cheese, Eggs, and Condensed Milk…That’s ALL! That’s It!! No Flour, No Baking Powder, No Vanilla Extract, No Butter, No Oil, No Sugar, Ok the condensed milk is super sweet, you got me there. Hahaha!

What’s The Texture Like Of This 3 Ingredient Cake?

Imagine the texture of a Japanese soufflé cheese cake combined with the texture of a flan cake, that is how I can best describe this 3 ingredient cake. You’ll enjoy the best of both Worlds!

So, let’s cut to the chase…Are you ready to make this delicious easy 3 ingredient cake recipe without flour? Let’s do it!

What You Need To bake This Cake

  • 7 inch springform cake pan
  • 9 inch baking pan
  • Parchment paper
  • Aluminum paper

Ingredients For 3 Ingredient Cake

  • 4 eggs ( separate yolks from the whites)
  • 250 grams cream cheese (9oz)
  • 400 grams condensed milk (1 small can 14oz)

How To Make 3 Ingredient Cake?

  1. Preheat the oven to 356°F (180°C) and set the rack to the middle position.
  2. Line the bottom of the 7-inch springform cake pan with parchment paper.
  3. Separate the yolks from the whites and place them into 2 separate medium-sized bowls.
  4. Beat the egg white until stiff peaks and set aside.
  5. Whip up the yolks until they aerate and lighten in color for about 2-3 minutes. You will notice air bubbles on the surface.
  6. Add the cream cheese and condensed milk to the whipped egg yolk and beat until batter is smooth and well combined for about 3-4 minutes on high.
  7. Using a spatula, add small portions of the whipped egg white (meringue) to the cream cheese mixture and mix it in slightly, add the next portion and repeat until all the meringue is combined. You can use a whisk towards the end of the mixing to ensure the batter is well combined. The batter should be smooth and runny.
  8. Cover the outer bottom and side of the springform pan with aluminum paper up to the rim.
  9. Fill the cake pan with the batter and place it into a larger pan (9-inch pan) and fill halfway with hot or boiling water.
  10. Place into the oven and bake for approximately 50 minutes. Turn off the oven and slightly leave the door opened and allow the cake to cool inside the oven for 30 minutes.
  11. Remove the cake from the oven and run a knife along the sides of the cake to help release it. Remove the cake from the springform cake pan and place it onto the plate.
  12. You can dust some icing sugar onto the cake or serve with your choice of fruit jam.
