Preheat the oven to 375F. Pour the milk right into a mixing bowl and add the vinegar.
In a big mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
Use a pastry cutter or your fingers to combine the butter into the flour combination—similar to making pie crust or biscuits.
Make a well the center within and pour within the almond milk
Use your fingers or a spatula and mix the dough just until the dry ingredients absorb the almond milk.
Add the raisins and combine.
Switch the dough to a floured working surface.
Round into a boule shape and place onto lined baking tray.
Give a cross-cut ontop of the loave.
Bake for 50-60 minutes, or the golden brown in color.
