Ingredients For Sicilian White Pizza
- Dough for one large pizza
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons extra olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced or chopped very fine
- 1 ball fresh mozzarella, sliced very thinly
- 1/2 cup smooth ricotta cheese
- 2 tablespoon parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon oreango or basil
- pinch black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon rosemary dried or thyme
Ho To make Italian Style White Pizza
- Prebake in the oven at 440 degrees F.
- Stretch the pizza dough to the desired size and par-bake for 5 minutes.
- Mix the missed garlic with olive oil.
- Remove the pizza crust from the oven and brush it with extra virgin olive oil and minced garlic.
- In a small bowl, mix together ricotta, oregano, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Spread thinly the ricotta mixture onto the pizza crust. Top with thin slices of fresh mozzarella, and parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 440 degrees F for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and melted.
- Once baked, Remove from the oven and top with fresh arugula and tomato grapes.
