The Impossible Keto Low Carb High Protein Pancake Recipe With No Flour or Oats made with just protein powder, eggs, almond milk, and baking powder.

Ingredients

120 grams whey powder ( 4 scoops or 8 tablespoons)

100 grams whole eggs (2 large eggs)

60 grams egg whites ( from 2 large eggs)

4 grams baking powder ( 1 teaspoon)

100 grams Almond Milk Vanilla Flavor (7 tablespoons or 1/2 cup)

Instructions

Preheat your griddle on high or wait till batter is ready to turn heat on for skillet ( medium setting)

In a medium size bowl add the ingredients and mix with a spatula until batter is well combined.

Spray pan release onto griddle or skillet.

Using a 1/4 measuring cup or batter scoop, pour desired amount of panke cake batter onto the griddle or skillet.

Once you see the surface of the pancake start to bubble and the sides are set ( about 2-3 minutes) flip the pancake and cook for addition 2-3 minutes or until golden light brown.

Once pancakes are cooked remove and place onto plate.

Top with your favorite fruit ( blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, bananas) and drizzle with a unsweetened syrup.
