- 6 whole eggs
- 1 cup Xylitol Granules
- 4 cups of avocado ripened
- 1 cup of unsweetened cocoa
- 1/2 cup of avocado oil
- 1/2 cup of speculoos butter or peanut butter
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup sliced seeds for topping
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon coconut extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180 C or 355 F
- Grease 2 10×10 inch baking pans with pan release.
- Cut the avocado into small pieces and mash with a fork.
- In a large bowl add all the ingredients and beat with a hand mixer until well combined. ( about 30-40 second)
- You can also use stand mixer with paddle attachment.
- Batter will be viscous but silky and smooth.
- Pour the brownie batter into the baking pan and with a spatula spread the batter evenly through the pan.
- Top with sliced and slivered almonds or any nuts or seeds of your choice.
- Place into preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until you see the edges baked and the center set. You can also insert a knife or pick into the center, if it baked it will come out clean.
- Once baked let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing.
