Ingredients

  • 6 whole eggs
  • 1 cup Xylitol Granules
  • 4 cups of avocado ripened
  • 1 cup of unsweetened cocoa
  • 1/2 cup of avocado oil
  • 1/2 cup of speculoos butter or peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup sliced seeds for topping
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon coconut extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 C or 355 F
  2. Grease 2 10×10 inch baking pans with pan release.
  3. Cut the avocado into small pieces and mash with a fork.
  4. In a large bowl add all the ingredients and beat with a hand mixer until well combined. ( about 30-40 second)
  5. You can also use stand mixer with paddle attachment.
  6. Batter will be viscous but silky and smooth.
  7. Pour the brownie batter into the baking pan and with a spatula spread the batter evenly through the pan.
  8. Top with sliced and slivered almonds or any nuts or seeds of your choice.
  9. Place into preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until you see the edges baked and the center set. You can also insert a knife or pick into the center, if it baked it will come out clean.
  10. Once baked let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing.
