Ingredients For Gluten-Free Keto Brownie:

  • 60 grams of Dark Chocolate 80% Cocoa
  • 250 grams salted butter ( room temperature)
  • 15 grams Stevia
  • 100 grams Erythritol (polyol sweetener)
  • 100 grams eggs (2 large eggs)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 70 grams of whey protein powder
  • dash of salt

How To Make Gluten-Free Keto Brownies?

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C)
  2. Place the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in intervals of 15 seconds stirring with a spatula in betwwen until chocolate is completed melted
  3. Remove melted chocolate from microwave and add the room temperature butter and stir until butter is melted and well combined with the chocolate.
  4. If using a double boiler, add the chocolate and butter and melt at the same time.
  5. Once the chocolate and butter are melted remove from the microwave or double boiler and add in the Erythritol, vanilla extract and the stevia and mix them until well combined scraping the sides of the bowl.
  6. Add the eggs and continue to mix then add the salt, whey powder and mix until brownie batter is smooth and glossy.
  7. Grease with pan release a 10×10 inch baking pan and deposit the batter.
  8. Place into the middle of the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. The edges of the brownie will be baked right through and the center should be set.
