Gluten Free Nutella Brownies Recipe Without Eggs

Eggless gluten-free Nutella brownies are one of my favorites desserts. Made with only 3 ingredients, this Gluten-free Nutella brownies recipe without eggs is rich, chewy and fudgy.

Ingredients For Gluten-Free Eggless Nutella Brownies:
- 1 cup gluten-free flour or almond meal
- 2 cups Nutella or hazelnut spread
- 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt or curd
Instruction how To Make Gluten Free Nutella Brownies No Eggs:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and set the rack to the middle position.
- Line a 9X9 inch baking pan with parchment overhanging from the top sides. This will help remove the brownies once they are baked without breaking them.
- Heat the Nutella for 15-20 seconds in the microwave, the Nutella will be loose and less viscous.
- In a large bowl combine all the ingredients and using a spoon or spatula mix them together until well combined.
- Transfer the brownie mixture to the baking pan and even the surface with a spatula.
- Place into oven and Bake for about 20 minutes,
- Insert a toothpick, it should come out clean.
- Cool and serve.
- Store your gluten-free brownies in am airtight container for up to 5 days.
