Easy and super quick Mexican Chilaquiles Breakfast Recipe. This classic traditional Mexican Chilaquiles breakfast recipe is the perfect way for you to start your day. Takes little effort and time to prepare about 7 minutes and is sooooo yummmy!!

Made with fresh Mexican corn tortillas, spicy green Mexican pepper sauce (tomatillo, jalepeno pepper, onion and corriander) and fresh panela cheese. (Fresh Cow Cheese).

Ingredient

60 grams Fresh corn tortillas ( 2 Small tortillas) sliced in pieces

80 grams Mexican Green Sauce (4 tablespoons)

20 grams marinara sauce (1 tablespoon)

60 grams Panela Cheese Crumbled or Fresh Cow Cheese

20 grams Sour Cream ( 1 tablespoon)

Instructions

In a small sauce pan with medium heat, add the marinara sauce and the green Mexican sauce and stir them together.

Add in the sliced fresh Mexican corn tortillas and toss with the marinara and green sauce mixture. Keep tossing until tortillas start to soften about 3-4 minutes.

Add in the crumbled fresh panela cheese ans mix together with the mixture for about 1 minute or until cheese starts to melt.

Remove from saucepan and place onto serving plate.

Top with sour cream and enjoy.

Optional you can top with some chopped onion and cilantro.
