- 100 grams tortillas chips
- 80 grams Mexican Green Sauce 4 tablespoons
- 10 grams butter 1teaspoon
- 80 grams Panela Cheese Crumbled or Fresh Cow / Goat Cheese
- Sour Cream for topping 1 tablespoon or 20 grams
In a medium saucepan with the heat set to medium, add the green Mexican marinara sauce and butter and stir them together.
Add in the tortilla chips and toss with the green sauce and butter mixture. Keep tossing until tortillas start to soften about 4-5 minutes.
Add in the fresh cubed panela cheese and mix together with the mixture for about 1-2 minutes or until cheese melts.
Remove from saucepan and place onto a plate.
Top with sour cream and enjoy.
