Prepare this easy keto low carb scramble egg recipe in just 10 minutes. Eggs are the perfect food to start of your day for your kentogenic diet. Packed with protein and good amount of fat and low carbohydrates.

Ingredients

6 eggs

4 tablespoons water

2 tablespoons Cream cheese

2 tablespoon butter

pinch of Salt

  • In a bowl crack 6 eggs and add the 4 tablespoons of water, pinch of salt and whisk until well combined and runny. Set aside
  • Add 2 tablespoons of butter to a large non stick frying pan and heat over medium.
  • Once the butter begins to melt, tilt the frying pan to ensure the frying pan surface is completely coated with the butter.
  • Once the butter has melted add the egg mixture to the frying pan and give a couple of stirs. Wait a few seconds and continue to stir with a spatula.
  • When you see the eggs are almost cooked ( 2-3 minutes) add the 2 tablespoons of cream cheese and continue to stir until cream cheese is well incorporated with the scrambled eggs.
  • Serve and enjoy.
