DIY Dried Cranberries Recipe
Here is an easy to follow DIY dried cranberries recipe. You add these dried cranberries to your morning cereal, oatmeal and granola mix.
Ingredients To Make Homemade Dried Cranberries:
- 2 cups (500 grams) fresh sliced cranberries (half’s)
- 1/4 cup (85 grams) Honey for Vegan use agave syrup or maple syrup
How To Make Dried Cranberries Using Dehydrator:
- Place your cut cranberries into a medium size bowl and add the honey or agave syrup.
- Mix together until cranberries are well coated.
- Transfer the cranberry mixture onto the dehydrator sheet and spread them evenly throughout the sheet.
- Set the dehydrator to 46°C (115°F) and dehyradte the cranberries for 6-8 hours.
How To Make Dried Cranberries Using Oven:
- Add the cranberries half’s into a bowl
- Add in the honey or agave syrup, you can also use maple syrup.
- Toss together and coat the cranberries well.
- Transfer to lined baking tray and spread evenly.
- Set your oven to it’s lowest temperature setting or the warmer setting ( 140°F)
- dry for approximately 3-4 hours or until cranberries are soft and dry.
- Cool then transfer to air tight jar or container.
- Cranberries will be good for up to 2 weeks.

Didn’t now this was so easy to make. this is my morning snack.
This recipe is much better and taster than store bought dried cranberries.
