  • 2 cups of heavy cream (480 grams)
  • 1 cup of milk (240 grams)
  • 3 teaspoons gelatin (9grams)
  • 1 cup of sugar (100 grams)
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder (15 grams)
  • 1/2 milk chocolate chips (85 grams) or dark chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (4 grams)

How To Make Milk Chocolate Panna Cotta With Powered Gelatin?

  • In a medium-size bowl, add the 1/2 cup of milk and sprinkle the gelatin on top.
  • Pour the milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and sugar into a pot and bring to a boil mixing frequently. Remove from stove and set aside.
  • Add the milk chocolate chips and sifted cocoa powder into the milk mixture and mix until blended.
  • Combined the gelatin mixture with the chocolate mixture and mix until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture through a sieve to remove any lumps.
