Rice Pudding With Condensed Milk
This old-fashioned sweet rice pudding with condensed milk is a homemade recipe that has been in my family for decades. Rice pudding is great when you’re looking for a quick and easy sweet dessert that simply tastes delicious and will satisfy everyone’s sweet tooth.
I love this rice pudding recipe because it’s made with just 3 ingredients, cinnamon is an option as a topping, and this dessert is also perfect for anyone who is gluten free.
This sweet and creamy rice pudding with condensed milk is different than the traditional Portuguese rice pudding that is made using milk, sugar, and egg yolks. This rice pudding recipe is made without milk, no eggs, and without sugar, and is slightly less sweet but more creamy in texture.
I have to say I do love them both, Portuguese or Spanish style, both of these rice puddings are delicious and make the perfect comfort food.
The sweetened condensed milk adds a special touch to this rice pudding, it gives it a super creamy rich texture that literally melts in your mouth.
