How To Make Homemade Apple Juice Without Juicer?
Rinse the apples, remove the stem and bottom ends, then cut or slice them into small pieces with intact skin.
Place into a large stock pot and add the water. The water will be high enough to cover half of the apples.
Bring the apple juice mixture to a boil over medium-high then reduce the heat, cover with the lid and simmer for about 25 minutes or until the apple is soft stirring the mixture occasionally.
Pour the mixture through a fine strainer or cheesecloth into a large bowl. Use a spatula or spoon and press and squeeze to extract as much juice as possible. Allow the juice to drip into the bowl for about an hour.
Pour the juice into a pitcher or cup. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
