- 1 gram black pepper (1/4 teaspoon)

- Rince and peel the prawns.
- In a frying pan add the butter and melt on medium low heat.
- Once butter has melted add the chppoed garlic and sautee until golden brown in color.
- Add the prawns or shrimp into the butter sauce and cook for 4 -5 minute coatong the prawns.
- Pour in the white wine and bring to a simmer.
- Sprinkle some salt and pepper and serve,
