Ingredients For Protein Cheesecake:

  • 250 grams smooth ricotta cheese
  • 6 tablespoons of sweetener
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons vanilla whey powder
  • 3 large eggs
  • 200 grams of almond milk ( regular milk)
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch or flour
  • 250 grams of berry jam or fresh fruit

Instructions How To Make Protein Cheesecake:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC (356°F)
  2. Add the eggs and sweetener in a bowl and beat with a hand mixer on medium speed
  3. Add the almond milk and ricotta cheese and mix until well combined.
  4. Add in the cornstarch and whey powder and mix until mixture is smooth.
  5. Spray pan release onto the bottom and sides of an 8-inch springform pan.
  6. Pour in cheesecake batter and bake for 30-40 minutes or until the sides are light golden brown
  7. Remove protein cheesecake from the oven and cool at room temperature for at least one hour.
  8. Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  9. Carefully remove the cheesecake from the springform and transfer to a serving plate.
  10. Garnish with your choice of berry jam or fresh fruit.
  11. Enjoy.
