- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 2 cans diced tomato
- 1 can crushed tomato
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 red or green bell pepper diced
- 1/2 cup of corn canned
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cans red kidney beans rinsed
- 2 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
Put the ground beef into a large pot and cook on medium-high until browned, about 10 minutes.
Add in the salt, chilli powder, paprika, black pepper, cumin and stir into meat until well combined.
Pour in the crush tomato, diced tomato, onions and bell pepper and cook for about 30 minutes on medium low heat.
Add the corn and beans and cook for additional 20 minutes.
