Try our delicious easy beef ramen recipe and taste yummy. Ramen happens to be a Japanese noodle that is served inside a beef, chicken, pork, seafood, or vegetable broth. There are many variations of Ramen, from vegetarian to fish and a variety of meats infused in a flavourful broth and loaded with vegetables.

Making Ramen takes a little effort but it well worth it…so don’t be afraid to get creative by adapting this beef ramen recipe with different meats or simply a veggie version. Whatever you decide I’m sure you gonna love it.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tbsp canola oil
  • 2 package Ramen noodles
  • 30oz beef broth (homemade or store-bought)
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of chili paste
  • 1 bag frozen Asian veggies
  • 3 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 Ib steak, sliced thin in small pieces
  • 4 eggs boiled and deshelled
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 2 tablespoons leeks or green onion chopped

Instructions:

  1. Pour water in a large pot and place on medium heat then bring to simmer. keep it warm for cooking noodles.
  2. In a stockpot placed on medium heat, add canola oil then add the veggies to sautee. let cook for about 5 minutes
  3. Add chili paste and garlic then cook for about 2 minutes constantly stirring. Add beef broth and let simmer.
  4. Put noodles in hot water and let cook. then make the rest of the soup as the noodles are cooking.
  5. Once the soup pot starts simmering, add beef and cook until it’s done for about 8-10 minutes.
  6. Add noodles to the soup after draining then ladle to the bowls.
  7. Top with a half slice of egg, chopped leeks, and spinach and serve.
