Ingredients For Chocolate Bonbon Brazilian Brigadeiros
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (396 grams)
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder (30 grams)
- 3 teaspoons unsalted butter ( 15 grams)
- 3/4 cup chocolate candy sprinkle(120 grams)
How To Make Brazilian Brigadeiros Chocolate Bonbon?
- Add the condensed milk, butter, and cocoa powder into a pot and cook on medium-low heat stirring constantly until the butter has melted and the mixture begins to thicken and drag clean along the bottom with a spatula, about 8-10 minutes.
- Transfer the condensed milk mixture onto a soup plate or bowl and place inside the refrigerator to chill for 45-60 minutes or until it firms up.
- Once chilled, shape individual pieces into small balls (golf ball size) and roll onto chocolate sprinkles.

- 1/2 cup chocolates prinkles
- 1/3 cup butter
Directions:
1) Put the condensed milk,
cocoa powder, chocolate powder and butter in a saucepan. On low heat
