I bought dried pomegranate seeds hoping to cover them in dark chocolate, like the ones Trader Joe’s used to have. I was disappointed by how bitter they were, so was looking for alternate uses. This is a tasty tea! If you like lemon in your tea, you’ll like this.

I tried using a mortar and pestle to grind the seeds, but gave up and used a coffee grinder. It worked great.
