- 180 grams all purpose flour (1 1/2 cups)
- 360 grams oat milk or almond milk (1 1/2 cups)
- 30 grams coconut sugar or yellow golden sugar (2 tablespoons)
- 10 grams baking powder (2 teaspoons)
- 4 grams vanilla extract ( 1 teaspoon)
- 60 grams apple sauce or banana puree ( 4 tablespoons)
- 2 grams salt (1/2 teaspoon)
Instruction:
- In a large bowl add the flour, salt, coconut sugar and baking powder and mix together.
- Add in the oat milk, vanilla extract and apple sauce and milk using a whisk until the batter is formed and set aside.
- Preheat the waffle machine.
- Ladle the batter into the preheated waffle maker and cook until lightly golden and fluffy and edges are crispy
- Remove from waffle machine and serve with favorite topping.
