Ingredients:

  • 180 grams all purpose flour (1 1/2 cups)
  • 360 grams oat milk or almond milk (1 1/2 cups)
  • 30 grams coconut sugar or yellow golden sugar (2 tablespoons)
  • 10 grams baking powder (2 teaspoons)
  • 4 grams vanilla extract ( 1 teaspoon)
  • 60 grams apple sauce or banana puree ( 4 tablespoons)
  • 2 grams salt (1/2 teaspoon)

Instruction:

  1. In a large bowl add the flour, salt, coconut sugar and baking powder and mix together.
  2. Add in the oat milk, vanilla extract and apple sauce and milk using a whisk until the batter is formed and set aside.
  3. Preheat the waffle machine.
  4. Ladle the batter into the preheated waffle maker and cook until lightly golden and fluffy and edges are crispy
  5. Remove from waffle machine and serve with favorite topping.
