- 1/2 cup salted butter, melted (110 grams)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (110 grams)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (5 grams)
- 1 whole egg (50 grams)
- 1 cup granulated sugar (200 grams)
- 1 cup milk, semisweet or dark chocolate chips (180 grams)
How To Make Gooey Chocolate Chip Blondies Without Brown Sugar?
- Set the oven to 350°F and set the rack to the middle position.
- Use an 8X8 baking pan lined with parchment paper and lightly spray with nonstick spray.
- Put sugar and butter in a bowl and beat with a hand mixer till smooth.
- Add in vanilla and egg and continue to beat.
- Slowly add the flour and mix until well combined.
- Add chocolate chips and stir with a spatula until incorporated throughout the batter.
- Transfer the batter into a baking pan and even out the surface.
