Cauliflower and Spinach Pizza Crust Ingredients:

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs (100 grams) beaten
  • 1 cup (100 grams) Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
  • 1 teaspoon ( 4 grams) thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon ( 2 grams) basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2 grams) oregano dried
  • 1/4 ( 2 grams) teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon (4 grams) garlic powder
  • 4 cups or 2 pounds ( 900 grams) frozen cauliflower
  • 1 cup spinach ( 30 grams) packed and finely chopped

How to Make Cauliflower and Spinach Pizza Crust?

  1. Preheat the oven to 410°F or 210°C
  2. Grease or line a large non perforated pizza baking pans ( 12 inch) with pan release oil or parchment paper.
  3. Add the the thawed cauliflower, chopped spinach, salt, eggs, mozzarella cheese, dried oregano, dried thyme, dried basil, dried garlic and mix with a paddle attachment until the mixture is well mixed and combined. You can also use a food processor, pulse until mixture comes together.
  4. Transfer cauliflower and spinach pizza crust dough to pizza baking pan. If you have small pizza pan then use 2.
  5. Using a spatula spread the pizza dough evenly pressing throughout the pizza pan to about 1/4 inch in thickness.
  6. Place into oven and bake for 18-20 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven and cool for 10-15 minutes before applying the toppings.
  8. Finish off by topping your cauliflower and spinach pizza crust the way you love it.
