How to make Chocolate Pancakes stuffed and filled with Nutella?

Well it’s super easy to prepare these chocolate pancakes filled with nutella. Most recipes out there call to sandwich nutella in between two pieces of pancakes…..Awwwww….awkward! Right? We’ve taken a much better authentic approach on how to make your perfect stuffed pancakes meaningful and impeccable so that it will boost your eating experience .

As I mentioned, it’s simple. Have you ever made chocolate lava cakes? The way this Nutella stuffed and filled chocolate pancakes are made are using the same techniques. Instead of adding dollops of Nutella onto pancake batter which typically causes the nutella to sink to the bottom of the batter then making a sticken mess as it sinks to the bottom of the pancake batter sticking to the griddle or skillet.

We deposit spoon fulls of chocolatey nutella onto a parchment lined tray, spreading it into a 2 inch thin round disk then freezing it a head of time before adding it to the pancake batter. Clever uhh? I thought soo! What this does is allow the nutella to stay right in the center position without sinking during the pancakes’s short cooking process. Let’s get on with the recipe.
