Easy Dalgona Recipe (Whipped Coffee)

Dalgona coffee is a delicious Frosty, fluffy whipped coffee topped on an iced glass of milk.

- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee
- 2 tablespoons hot water boiling water
- 1/2 cup ice for serving
- 3/4 cup milk
Add some water to a pot and boil on the medium-high setting of your stove. You can also boil the water in the microwave.
Add the 1-1 ratio of instant coffee, sugar, and hot water into a small bowl and whisk vigorously for about 2-3 minutes until the coffee mixture is fluffy, foamy, and thick.
Add ice and milk into a cup then add spoonfuls of the Dalgona whipped coffee onto the top.
Drizzle with some honey, chocolate syrup, or maple, then lightly dust some cacao, coffee, or cinnamon onto the top.
