Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole ripe pineapple cut into wedges
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 tablespoons rum or brandy
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions
 

  • Add the butter in a large saucepan on medium-high and melt.
  • Add in the sugar, pineapple, and mix with the melted butter.
  • Add the brandy or rum.
  • Flambe the pineapple until it’s golden and caramelized along the sides.
  • Serve it hot and juicy.
