Recipe For Vegan Waffles

If you love waffles, here is a recipe for vegan waffles that is easy to make and taste super yummy. Yes these vegan waffles actually taste good without the eggs, milk and butter.

Ingredients
  

  • 180 grams all purpose flour 1 1/2 cups
  • 360 grams oat milk or almond milk 1 1/2 cups
  • 30 grams coconut sugar or yellow golden sugar 2 tablespoons
  • 10 grams baking powder 2 teaspoons
  • 4 grams vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
  • 60 grams apple sauce or banana puree 4 tablespoons
  • 2 grams salt 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl add the flour, salt, coconut sugar and baking powder and mix together.
  • Add in the oat milk, vanilla extract and apple sauce and milk using a whisk until the batter is formed and set aside.
  • Preheat the waffle machine.
  • Ladle the batter into the preheated waffle maker and cook until lightly golden and fluffy and edges are crispy
  • Remove from waffle machine and serve with favorite toppings.
