Ingredients
  

  • 100 grams tortillas chips
  • 80 grams Mexican Green Sauce 4 tablespoons
  • 10 grams butter 1teaspoon
  • 80 grams Panela Cheese Crumbled or Fresh Cow / Goat Cheese
  • Sour Cream for topping 1 tablespoon or 20 grams

Instructions
 

  • In a medium saucepan with the heat set to medium, add the green Mexican marinara sauce and butter and stir them together.
  • Add in the tortilla chips and toss with the green sauce and butter mixture. Keep tossing until tortillas start to soften about 4-5 minutes.
  • Add in the fresh cubed panela cheese and mix together with the mixture for about 1-2 minutes or until cheese melts.
  • Remove from saucepan and place onto a plate.
  • Top with sour cream and enjoy.
