Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons orange zest
  • 1 orange freshly squeezed
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 330F and grease a large Bundt pan.
  • In a medium-size bowl, add the sugar and butter and beat this light and fluffy.
  • Combine the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in another bowl mix with a whisk.
  • Add the dry mixture into the butter mixture and stir.
  • Pour in the buttermilk, orange juice, orange zest, and beat until batter is smooth about 3 minutes.
  • Pour batter into a baking pan and bake for 1 hour. Check with a tooth pick, it ready when it comes out clean.
  • Cool for at least 40 minutes before serving.
