60gramsVanilla Protein Flour2 scoops or 4 tablespoons
4gramsstevia1teaspoon or substitute with splenda same amount
120gramsegg whites3 Large Eggs
125gramsPlain Greek Yogurt1/2 cup or regular plain yogurt
2gramsbaking powder1/2 teaspoon
Preheat your griddle to high setting
In a medium size bowl add the wholegrain flour, protein flour, egg whites, yogurt, salt and buttermilk and mix until batter is well combined.
Spray pan release onto griddle
Add dollops of pancake batter in round circles.
Once the surface starts to bubble about 2 minutes flip and cook the other side for addition 2-3 minutes.
Place onto place and top with honey or maple syrup.
