In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
Next, add all wet ingredients.
Stir in to form a dough. It will be dry at first and keep stirring until a cookie-dough texture is achieved.
Form the dough into one big ball, then either refrigerate at least 2 hours or freeze until the dough is cold.
Once the dough is chilled, preheat oven to 325 F.
Grease the desired baking tray.
Next, form balls out from the dough, and place on a greased baking tray. Leave enough room between cookies for them to spread while baking.
Then, bake 10-13 minutes on the center rack.
They’ll look underdone when you take them out.
Let them cool and finish cooking on the baking tray for 10 minutes more before touching.
Finally, transfer the cookies to the wire rack and let cool completely.
