Set the oven to 375°F to preheat.
Put flour, salt, and pepper in a dish and mix. Using a separate bowl, beat eggs and water together.
Put bread crumbs inside a dish
Immerse the chicken inside flour and shake off the excess flour. Put inside the egg mixture and drain the excess egg mix. Immerse inside the bread crumbs and press gently.
Put the chicken on a baking sheet lined with wax paper.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry 2-3 cutlets at a time.
Let cook to a golden brown for about 3-5 minutes on each side depending on thickness. Put on a baking sheet lined with a parchment paper.
Let cook with chicken and oil in batches. About 3.
Put half of the spaghetti sauce inside a baking pan.
Put a single layer of cutlets on its top.
Cover using half of the parmesan and mozzarella.
Let bake till bubbling and hot about 25 minutes.
To serve to add a portion of spaghetti onto a plate and top with breaded chicken cutlets, add sauce and garnish with parsley.
