This easy to prepare blondies recipe with chocolate chips are made with no brown sugar and are chewy and super gooey.

- 1/2 cup salted butter melted (110 grams)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour 110 grams
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 5 grams
- 1 whole egg 50 grams
- 1 cup granulated sugar 200 grams
- 1 cup semisweet or dark chocolate chips 180 grams
Set the oven to 350°F and set the rack to middle position..
Use 8X8 baking pan lined with parchment paper and lightly spray with nonstick spray.
Put sugar and butter in a bowl and beat with a hand mixer till smooth.
Add in vanilla and egg and continue to beat.
Slowly add the flour and mix until well combined.
Add chocolate chips and stir with a spatula until incorporated throughout the batter.
Transfer the batter into a baking pan and even out the surface.
Bake for about 25 minutes, insert a toothpick into the center if it comes out clean the blondies are baked.
Remove from the oven and let it cool in the baking pan for about 15 minutes.
Cut the desired portion size and place it into an airtight container until ready to enjoy.
Blondies can be kept at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
