Biscuit Recipe Without Milk
Simple butter biscuit recipe without any milk. These biscuits are flaky and soft and tatse great with a cup of hot chocolate, tea or coffee.

- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 cup butter plus extra 2 tablespoons melted for brushing biscuits
- 3/4 cup almond milk or water
Preheat the oven to 410°F (210°C) and set the oven rack to middle position.
Sift the flour, baking powder, and the salt into a bowl.
Add and the butter in small cubes to the flour mixture.
Mix until mixture becomes a crumble texture
Add in the almond milk or water and mix just until all the ingredients come together about 1 minute.
Remove biscuit dough from mixing bowl and place onto a floured working surface.
Sprinkle some flour on the top of the dough and roll out to about 1/2 inch thickness with a rolling pin.
Cut the biscuit dough with a 2 1/2 inch cookie cutter and place onto a lined baking tray.
Bake in preheated oven for approximately 12-15 minutes or until light golden brown.
Remove from oven and brush the tops with melted butter.
