Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
Add all the ingredients for the meatloaf in a large bowl.
Mix with your hands to combine or use a spatula.
Once the meat mixture is combined, add it to the loaf pan.
Bake in preheated oven for about 45-50 minutes.
In the meantime, add the sauce ingredients into a medium-size bowl and mix together until homogenized.
After 45-50 minutes, remove the meatloaf from the oven and the sauce mixture over it and spread evenly throughout.
Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
Remove meatloaf from the oven, cool it for about 15 minutes before slicing it, and drizzle with leftover sauce from baking pan.
Serve with mash potato and green peas
