  • 100 grams whole eggs
  • 7 grams vanilla extract

  • 3 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 175°C (347°F) with rack in the middle position.
  • In a medium size bowl add the flour, salt and baking soda and sift 2-3 times into another bowl.
  • Using a stand mixing machine with a paddle attachment cream the butter and both sugars until well combined and mixture is smooth. You can also use a hand mixer. Mix or beat in the eggs then add the vanilla extract followed by the molasses and milk. and mix until well combined. Add in the flour mixture and chocolate chip and mix just until cookie dough comes together. Using a large spoon drop dollops of cookie batter onto lined baking tray separating them about 1 1/2 inch apart.
  • Place baking tray in oven and bake for approximately 10-12 minutes or until the sides of the cookie are golden brown.
