Instructions
Preheat oven to 175°C (347°F) with rack in the middle position.
In a medium size bowl add the flour, salt and baking soda and sift 2-3 times into another bowl.
Using a stand mixing machine with a paddle attachment cream the butter and both sugars until well combined and mixture is smooth. You can also use a hand mixer. Using a large spoon drop dollops of cookie batter onto lined baking tray separating them about 1 1/2 inch apart.
