- 3 whole wheat English muffins split in half
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce storebought
- 1/3 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 3/4 cup prepared pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- Toppings of choice mini pepperoni, grilled chicken, vegetables, sautéed veggies
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C), and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Split the English muffins in half, you will end up with 6 pieces, place them with the cut part up on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush the English muffins with extra virgin olive oil, then spread the pizza sauce over them, then sprinkle the tops of the English muffins with oregano and basil.
Add your desired toppings and then sprinkle shredded cheese over the pizzas.
