Ingredients
  

  • 3 whole wheat English muffins split in half
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce storebought
  • 1/3 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 3/4 cup prepared pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • Toppings of choice mini pepperoni, grilled chicken, vegetables, sautéed veggies

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C), and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Split the English muffins in half, you will end up with 6 pieces, place them with the cut part up on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Brush the English muffins with extra virgin olive oil, then spread the pizza sauce over them, then sprinkle the tops of the English muffins with oregano and basil.
  • Add your desired toppings and then sprinkle shredded cheese over the pizzas.
  • Place the baking tray into the preheated oven and bake them for about 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
