Homemade Apple Juice Recipe Without Juicer
There is nothing more refreshing than homemade apple juice. This homemade apple juice recipe without juicer is super easy to make, it is perfect as a refreshing morning drink, and it can also be used to make apple jelly or jam.

Rinse the apples, remove the stem and bottom ends, then cut or slice them into small pieces with intact skin.
Place into a large stock pot and add the water. The water will be high enough to cover half of the apples.
Bring the apple juice mixture to a boil over medium-high then reduce the heat, cover with the lid and simmer for about 25 minutes or until the apple is soft stirring the mixture occasionally.
Pour the mixture through a fine strainer or cheesecloth into a large bowl. Use a spatula or spoon and press and squeeze to extract as much juice as possible. Allow the juice to drip into the bowl for about an hour.
Pour the juice into a pitcher or cup. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
