Ingredients
  

  • 450 grams of prawns or shrimp 1 lb
  • 45 grams of butter 3 tablespoons
  • 1 gram black pepper 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Rince and peel the prawns.
  • In a frying pan add the butter and melt on medium low heat.
  • Once butter has melted add the chppoed garlic and sautee until golden brown in color.
  • Add the prawns or shrimp into the butter sauce and cook for 4 -5 minute coatong the prawns.
  • Pour in the white wine and bring to a simmer.
  • Sprinkle some salt and pepper and serve,
