HOW TO MAKE LASAGNA BOLOGNESE?
White Sauce – Add the butter into a pot and melt on medium low heat, then add the flour and alittle of the milk and stir until the flour is dessolved. Add the remaining milk and cook stirring constantly until the bechamel sauce begins to thicken.
Remove from heat and add the sourcream, salt and nutmeg. Stir to combine and set aside.
Bolognese Meat Sauce – Add oil into a pot along with the diced onion and garlic and sautee on medium low heat until golden in color.
Add the gound beef and cook for about 15-20 minutes, once meat is fried add the water, salt, blackpepper and tomato pulp and cook until the mixture comes to a boil., reduce heat to low and cook for additional 5 minutes stirring occassionally. Set aside.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and set the oven rack to middle position.
Lasagna Bolognese Assembly – In a glass casserole dish, add a layer of bolognese meatsauce, mozzarella or rocotta cheese, white sauce, then cover it with a layer of oven ready lasagna pasta.
Repeat 2 more times until you have 3 layers.
Finish the top with a layer of bolognese meat sauce, white sauce, mozzarella or ricotta cheese and shrinkle with parsley.
Cover the top of the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45-50 minutes.
Once the bolognese lagagna is baked, remove from the oven and serve.
