Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/4 cup Almond Meal
  • 1/3 cup almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1 small banana smashed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder Gluten-Free
  • 4 teaspoons Stevia or Erythritol
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/3 cup Ground Hazelnuts or Pulse

Instructions
 

  • Combine the almond meal, baking powder. salt and stevia in a bowl and mix together using a whisk.
  • Add the vanilla extract, mashed banana, almond or coconut milk, ground hazelnut, and eggs and mix using a whisk or hand mixer until the batter is smooth.
  • If needed adjust the batter viscosity by adding a tablespoon of almond milk.
  • Heat your griddle or a skillet on medium heat.
  • Add dollops of batter and cook each side for about 2 minutes or light golden brown.
