litre milk

saffron strands

cornflour

milk masala powder

cardamom powder
roasted almond flakes and pistachio

Instructions
Add full-fat milk in a wide pan.
Add sugar, saffron strands, and cardamom powder.
Let it boil on a medium flame.
Put the creamy layers aside when it boils.
Let it bring to one-third quantity.
Add cornflour and mix well.
Let it cool down.
Add milk masala powder and stir it.
Pour it into a bowl and add cream.
Stir it lightly and let it chill completely.
Garnish it with toasted almond and pistachio.
