Ingredients
  

  • 1 litre milk
  • 5 tablespoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon saffron strands
  • 1 tablespoon cornflour
  • 2 tablespoon milk masala powder
  • 1 tablespoon cardamom powder
  • roasted almond flakes and pistachio for garnishing

Instructions
 

  • Add full-fat milk in a wide pan.
  • Add sugar, saffron strands, and cardamom powder.
  • Let it boil on a medium flame.
  • Put the creamy layers aside when it boils.
  • Let it bring to one-third quantity.
  • Add cornflour and mix well.
  • Let it cool down.
  • Add milk masala powder and stir it.
  • Pour it into a bowl and add cream.
  • Stir it lightly and let it chill completely.
  • Garnish it with toasted almond and pistachio.
