Ingredients For Spring Salad With Radish, Cucumber, And Avocado:
- 4 radishes
- 1 scallion
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 cucumber
- pinch of salt
- pinch of dried basil
How To Make Spring Salad With Radish, Cucumber, And Avocado?
- Peel and cut the cucumber into 1/2 inch rings then cut into quarter pieces, and place into a bowl.
- Carefully cut the radishes into small pieces or slices and combine them with the cucumbers.
- Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Create slices about 1/4 inches vertically and repeat with the opposite side.
- Add it to the cucumber bowl, Lastly, slice the scallion into small rings and combine with the salad, sprinkle some dried basil and salt, then toss it together.
- Drizzle with your favorite dressing or enjoy as is. Optional, you can decorate with some parsley or cilantro.
